For procuring the goods and services required for its activities, Gestore dei Mercati Energetici S.p.A. (GME) applies the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 36 of 2023 (Public Procurement Code).

GME also relies on the Excel software as a technological solution for automating its activities.

At present, GME does not use any supplier qualification system.
