Approval of Urgent Amendments to the Integrated Text of the Electricity Market Rules of 19 May 2009
We inform you that, with his Decree of 31 July 2009 (published in Gazzetta Ufficiale no. 197 of 26 August 2009), the Minister of Economic Development approved the urgent amendments to the Integrated Text of the Electricity Market Rules, already valid and effective since 19 May 2009 (date on which the same amendments were posted on GME’s website).
