30/12/2024 Implementation of the provisions of TIDE: entry into force of amendments to the rules governing the Forward Account Registration Platform Further to its communication of 19 December 2024, GME informs market participants that, as of today, the amendments to the Rules Governing the Forward Account Registration Platform (hereafter PCE Rules) and to the related Technical Rules – approved by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA) with its Resolution 552/2024/R/eel – will go into force.
