Further to its communication of 18 April 2024 GME informs Market Participants that it will organise blank tests in order to allow parties interested in offering local flexibility services to the DSO Unareti S.p.A. to test the features of the Local Flexibility Market (MLF). The tests will take place according to the following procedure and timetable.
Days and hours of the tests
Blank tests will be held on GME’s test platform (https://prove-mindflex.ipex.it) on 13-14 May in the following hours:
- sitting for submission of offers: from 9:00 to 14:00;
- determination of results and their notification to participants: by 16:00.
The tests may be attended by all the BSPs qualified by UNARETI S.p.A. and GME. Before the tests, they will have to request the credentials of access to the platform by writing to proveme@mercatoelettrico.org. Requests for participation in the tests from BSPs who/which are not yet qualified will be jointly examined by GME and Unareti S.p.A.

Transactions carried out during the blank tests will not be binding and will not give rise to any obligation.
