The members of the Supervisory Body were selected through a public selection procedure in compliance with the relevant provisions set out in the "Public notice for the recruitment of professionals regarding the appointment of members of the Supervisory Body, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 of Gestore dei Mercati Energetici S.p.A.” at the time published on the Company's website.
