FEES

On a yearly basis, GME determines the extent of the fees to be charged to MGAS Participants for services provided.

The current fees are as follows:

1. access fee (on a one-time basis) of Euro € 0.00;
2. yearly fixed fee of Euro € 0.00;
3. fee for each MWh traded of Euro € 0.01.
4. a fee applied in the event of submission of a request for cancellation of transactions, equal to:
   1. € 1,000.00 per request, if the number of cancellation requests in the previous 12 months does not exceed 1;
   2. € 2,000.00 per request, if the number of cancellation requests in the previous 12 months is greater than one, but lower than or equal to 3;
   3. € 5,000.00 per request, if the number of cancellation requests in the previous 12 months is greater than 3.

MGAS Participants qualifying also as Electricity Market Participants are not required to pay the access fee to GME.
