AVAILABILITY STATEMENT

Gestore Dei Mercati energetici - GME S.P.A. undertakes to make its mobile application accessible, in accordance with law n. 4 of 9 January 2004

This availability statement applies to the “GME App” mobile application.

COMPLIANCE STATUS

partially compliant

This mobile application is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to non-compliance cases and/or exceptions listed below.

CONTENTS NOT AVAILABLE

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:

failure to comply with Law n. 4 of 09 January 2004.

For some features the contrast ratio is not in line with what is expected and zooming leads to overlapping of images or contents.

In some cases, the alternative text that makes images accessible to assistive technologies has not been inserted correctly.

Some contrasts between text and graphic backgrounds are not enough.

The focus indicator is not visible on some interactive elements.

The declaration was made using an assessment compliant with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2012 through a self-assessment carried out directly by the provider

METHOD FOR SENDING REPORTS AND PROVIDER CONTACTS

It is possible to report unavailable documents, pages or sections, so that GME can provide alternative content and correct errors, by writing to accessibilita@mercatoelettrico.org

The report must include the following information:

Reporting party;
url of the web page subject to the report or the App feature for which non-compliance with the accessibility principles was found;
clear and concise description of the problem found;
tools used for browsing;
device used (Smartphone, Desktop PC, Tablet, Portable PC-Laptop);
Operating system used (Windows, Linux, Mac OS);
browser used (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera);
assistive technologies used (Jaws, Chrome Vox, ToVoice, Nvda, Google Talk, etc.), specifying the version if possible.
