Market participants are informed that Gestore dei Servizi Energetici S.p.A (GSE) has communicated to GME that its Certigy platform will be made unavailable from 16:00 of 14 November 2023 to 13:00 of 15 November 2023, in order to implement the functionality necessary to start the issuing of Guarantees of Origin (GOs) in the NATURAL GAS sector, as well as the further functions provided for byMinisterial Decree no. 224 of 14 July 2023 (Decree).
Consequently, GME informs Market Participants that, during the period of unavailability of GSE’s Certigy platform, the service on GME’s P-GO platform will be temporarily suspended and will be available again starting from 13:01 of 15 November 2023.
Furthermore, GME informs that the P-GO platform will also be updated to incorporate the provisions of the aforementioned Decree.
Market Participants will be able again to submit requests for registering bilateral transactions on the PB-GO from 13:01 of 15 November 2023.
With regard to the M-GO, Market Participants will have access to a new configuration of the platform starting from the session planned on 23 November 2023.
After reinstating the service on the P-GO platform, GME, with a specific communication will publish the updated versions of the “Rules Governing the Operation of the Regulated Market and of the Platform for Registration of Bilaterals of Guarantees of Origin” (P-GO Rules) and of the related Technical Rules (DTF), revised pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree.
