Pursuant to Art. 7, paragraph 7.2 of the Rules of Operation of the Energy Efficiency Certificate Market, without prejudice to the cases where the notification obligation is provided for by law, regulations or other measures of the authorities, GME shall keep the information on the proposals for trading and/or transactions for a minimum period of twelve months.
